Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that differs significantly from traditional talk therapy or counselling, where the focus is often on discussing past events, relationships, or traumas. Instead, hypnotherapy engages with your unconscious mind where we bypass the analytical part of your mind and access the unconscious where all your experiences, emotions, traumas, beliefs, and behavioural patterns are stored from the moment you are born.

By working in altered states of consciousness, hypnotherapy allows us to access and resolve suppressed negative emotions, beliefs, and traumas that are holding you back and causing limiting and dysfunctional patterns in your life.

Through this process, we can rewire these negative emotions, beliefs, and traumas, enabling you to leave the past behind and create a new future with healthy, functional mental and emotional patterns.
